Eucalyptus & Blue Sage Smudge Sticks

A close relative of white sage, Blue Sage is also good for cleansing rituals. Its soothing smell can be used to aid meditation, or burned simply for enjoyment. It's not as pungent as white sage and is more agreeable to those who find the strong, bracing scent of white sage overpowering. Mixed with some Eucalyptus, these sticks will give any room a relaxing, spa-like feel.

Directions: Open window(s) and light the end of the bundle until it catches fire. After a few seconds of burning, blow it out so only smoke remains. Paint the air with the fragrant smoke moving from corner to corner. Allow the ash to collect in a fireproof holder and you can extinguish your smudge stick by dabbing the lit end into your holder. Each bundle can be relit several times.
